A new venture such as the Cape Cod Mosaic Workshops at HIghfield Hall takes a lot of organizing and planning. I am so fortunate to have my wife Debbie steering this ship into port. I will serve as director and teacher of the beginner workshops, much the same as I have done for over 10 years at the Truro Center for the Arts at Castle Hill, Cape Cod Community College and in private workshops. Deb will be the Operations Manager which was her job at the National Mosaic Exhibition on Cape Cod this past summer. It is so much fun to work as a team which we have done for the last 36 years. Having established other successful businesses, I know that we can do it! Thanks also go to the folks at Highfield Hall who have been so generous with their support. Do you like our new logo? It was created by my friend, Erica Szuplat of Wisha Studios. I love Erica's whimsical style. Now that we have published our new web page we are actively seeking out the best teachers for you to learn from. We have signed some well known names in the profession and will release the workshop schedule in January of 2012. Regarding this blog- I will fill you in on my art work as well as the things that are happening at school in Highfield Hall. I'll also post some of our students work here and I'll tell you about some of the cultural events on Cape Cod. So, be sure to check in often for updates.
